Whether your requirement is a small light duty shelving arrangement, or large complex pallet racking installation our accredited team can work with you to design and install a system tailored for your space and purpose.

Adjustable Pallet Racking

APR gives allows access to every pallet. Rack height and widths are tailored to the Forklift trucks used. A quick and adaptable system which is used for immediate access of goods.

Advantages:

  • Adaptable to suit any load, volume and weight
  • Easy to assemble
  • Can be combined with shelving to create manual picking system
  • Direct access to all pallets
  • Can easily be disassembled and reinstalled

Double Deep Racking

Double deep pallet racking increases storage capacity by allowing access to two pallets from each aisle.

Advantages:

  • Increases available storage spaces
  • Very efficient system due to reduced number of aisles
  • Components easily replaced if necessary
  • Fast access to pallets
  • Adapts to any unit load

Push Back Racking (LIFO)

Push back racking is a high density live storage system ideal for medium turnover products. The system can hold up to four pallets deep per level. Pallets are placed on a trolley inside the sloped storage lane. Access to stored goods is carried out from a single work aisle.

Advantages:

  • Most efficient use of space
  • Quick and easy loading and unloading
  • Ideal application for cold stores

Narrow Aisles

Narrow aisle pallet racking is designed to maximise storage capacity by compacting rows into a smaller area creating a higher density system. The system requires the need for specialised VNA trucks.

Advantages:

  • Efficient floor utilization
  • Maximise height
  • Ideal for high bay applications
  • Efficient pallet handling and picking on all levels

Live Pallet Racking (FIFO)

This system utilises an inclined roller track. Pallets are inserted into the higher end of the storage channel and are conveyed over the rollers at a controlled speed to the lower end, where they are extracted. The feature creates precision product rotation.

Advantages:

  • Perfect pallet rotation
  • Ideal for perishable goods
  • Provides excellent stock control
  • Compact storage

M3 Light Duty Shelving

A simple, manual storage and archiving system for light and medium loads. With its wide range of available accessories, panels, dividers and labels, it is the ideal solution for ordered storage. Levels can be divided to allow perfect classification of small parts, folders, archives hanging documents and more.

Advantages:

  • Modular shelving that’s easy to assemble, adjust and relocate
  • Extensive range of components to adapt to your needs
  • Gangways can be installed to provide access to upper levels
  • Ideal for office shelving, shops and other commercial spaces where a more attractive appearance is needed
  • Can be installed on mobile bases for archives and warehouses

Longspan Shelving

A manual storage system for picking of products follows the “person to product” principle providing direct access to all stored items. Longspan shelving is designed for warehouses storing large or heavy goods in which items are deposited and removed manually from shelves.

Advantages:

  • Adjustable load levels
  • Racks up to 20m high can be built
  • Possible to store medium and heavy loads

Carton Flow Storage

Carton live storage is an ideal solution when you want to process orders fast and efficiently. Goods are loaded onto the rear of declining ‘skatewheel’ beds then gravity transports the product to the pick face.

Advantages:

  • Increased pick efficiency
  • Reduced pick errors
  • Ergonomic design
